We focus our services to several defined market segments, including airport facility planning, aviation support facilities, economic development studies, construction cost estimating, project scheduling, and structural evaluation services. TERA's project experience also includes assessment of needs for new air navigation aids and traffic control equipment and facilities.

Our civil aviation and airport project experience includes Bangladesh, Brunei, Cape Verde, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Senegal, Singapore, South Balkans (Albania, Bulgaria, and Macedonia), Thailand, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe.

TERA conducted an evaluation of licensing of private sector companies for civil aviation operations in Brunei and analyzed the pre-feasibility of privatization of Lao Aviation in Laos. Establishment of a new cargo village in Dhaka (Bangladesh) was analyzed as part of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration and U.S. Trade and Development Agency Asia Pacific Aviation Symposium held in Los Angeles.
