technology, and telecommunications facilities. We also assist project lenders and equity investors
with due diligence and validation assessments.
International finance and industrial/commercial development projects have been performed for
TERA clients in Algeria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Georgia, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Morocco,
Romania, Russia, Turkey, and United States.
Under contract to U.S. Trade and Development Agency, TERA prepared project summaries, reference
documents, and briefing books for ten international conferences. TERA also organized numerous
business briefings and conducted Orientation Visits for foreign decision makers to the United
States, including rail track maintenance officials from Brazil, power sector officials from Egypt
and Bosnia-Herzegovina, geographic information system officials from the Philippines, civil aviation
officials from India, and telecommunications sector officials from Romania.
Our IT and telecommunications project experience includes feasibility studies and project
assessments in Albania, Algeria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Guatemala, Hungary, Macedonia,
Morocco, Philippines, Poland, and Romania. In the power and energy sector we completed projects in
